GACO MLRO Masterclass 2026 – Regulatory Inspections in Practice

GACO is pleased to announce the MLRO Masterclass 2026, an advanced professional development programme for MLROs and their deputies.
This year’s Masterclass will focus specifically on regulatory inspections, providing practical, regulator-led insight into how inspections are conducted, what supervisors expect to see, and how MLROs can prepare their firms effectively. The programme will address common inspection findings, evidencing effective AML/CTF frameworks, governance and oversight, and how to respond constructively to supervisory feedback.
Sessions will be delivered by David Parody with an opening statement from the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.
Designed for both established and newly appointed MLROs, the Masterclass combines regulatory perspective with practical application, interactive discussion, and peer learning; equipping attendees with the tools and confidence to navigate inspections and strengthen their firm’s financial crime compliance posture.
