GACO Annual General Meeting 2026

In accordance with clauses 8.3, 9.5 and 16.1 of the Constitution, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Gibraltar Association of Compliance Officers (GACO) will be held at 09:30 hours on Wednesday, 1st July 2026.

The meeting will be held online via the GoToMeeting application.

4.    Training Committee Report
5.    Ratification of Executive Committee Actions
6.    Election of Executive Committee for the calendar year 2026/2027 (see notes 1 & 2 below)

Note 1 – The existing Executive Committee is: Carlos M. Martins (Chairperson), Charles Foster (Deputy Chairperson; Head of Training Committee), Adam Pokuszynski (Treasurer),  Soroush Kafiabadi (Head of Technical Committee), Esther Sanchez del Pozo (Head of Marketing Committee), Briseida Ayala-Mc Carthy, Nadine Bonfante, Isaac Abraham Massias, Eugenie Cottrell, Paul Lennane, Henry McIntosh, Karishma Gracia, Louis Chichon, António Bernardes Honorio, Victoria Flowers, Puneet Sabhnani, Petra Mika, and Reda Rimkute (Secretary).

Note 2 – The proposed Executive Committee for re-election is: All current members listed above have expressed their intention to stand for re-election for the 2026/2027 term.
Executive Committee Support and Administration: The Dream Team VA Limited – Bua Malamalatabua, Angela Almeida and Heidi Larson.

Note 3 – Membership Fees: The Committee proposes that the membership subscription fees for 2027 remain unchanged at the current levels:

• £100 – Individuals
• £200 – Companies with 10 employees or less
• £300 – Companies with 11+ employees
• £50 – Students

A discount of 10% will be applied if membership is renewed and paid for in December 2026 for the 2027 calendar year.
